Most leaders aim higher. They tend to understand the deeper connection between doing and being.

Any task can be done countless ways.

The real challenge for a leader isn’t setting the target but deciding how to go about doing the work.

After all, when your project is complete, what will people remember?

That is your leadership legacy - how you do what you do may influence and perhaps inspire others long after your work together is done.
