Check your Balance. Prepare for a New Season.

The air is changing. There's a crispness in the morning breeze and a golden hue to late afternoon light.
This week marks the equinox, a special moment in the solar year when the sun crosses the celestial equator and we experience a near equal share of daylight and darkness.
At this moment, our home planet is not tilted toward or away from the sun. The Earth stands tall on its axis - an invitation perhaps for us to appreciate the importance of balance and equilibrium.
For most people, it’s quite common to find ourselves leaning, living, and working with a distinct tendency toward one goal, priority, belief, or direction.
This bias if maintained too long without pause, reflection, or adjustment can be both risky and unhealthy.
Take a moment today to check your balance. 🌓
Enjoy the beauty of the changing season!
