By habit stacking, we engineer our daily routine. We anchor one new intention to an established practice, much like training a climbing vine to a sturdy trellis.
Planting is only the first step. Like a gardener tending a seed, we must develop a new habit with care and consistency. A seedling needs daily watering, not a weekly flood.
